I even got flagged when I paid an account for a friend with the same card I used to buy my accounts, yet they still allowed me to recover my funded account which had buffer. I won't let it affect the rating, yet I have had some ~mehh experiences with customer service, especially when my account got flagged, they didn't give me information at all, and I needed to wait a week before the procedure actually started (recovering my account). Still, overall, very very good prop firm. Deserves top 3 rating futures for sure.”
